Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 25-07-2013
There were a total of 411 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 25 July, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 48 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi — 124 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Delhi tops the list with 105 companies. As far as districts are concerned, South Delhi had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 33 companies on 25 July, 2013.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Mumbai that is 26 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 29 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 18 LLPs on 25 July, 2013
