Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 30-03-2013
There were a total of 174 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 30 March, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 6 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi — 134 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Delhi tops the list with 115 companies. As far as districts are concerned, South Delhi had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 33 companies on 30 March, 2013.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Bangalore that is 4 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Karnataka tops the list with 4 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Bengaluru Urban had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 4 LLPs on 30 March, 2013
