Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 29-10-2014
There were a total of 326 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 29 October, 2014 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 34 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Kolkata — 144 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, West Bengal tops the list with 144 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Kolkata had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 69 companies on 29 October, 2014.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Bangalore that is 11 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Karnataka tops the list with 11 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Bengaluru Urban had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 10 LLPs on 29 October, 2014
