Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 27-08-2011
There were a total of 38 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 27 August, 2011 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Kolkata I — 11 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, West Bengal tops the list with 18 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Kolkata had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 11 companies on 27 August, 2011.
