Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 26-07-2014
There were a total of 43 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 26 July, 2014 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 23 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Mumbai I — 13 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 22 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Mumbai had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 12 companies on 26 July, 2014.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Mumbai I that is 12 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 16 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 12 LLPs on 26 July, 2014
