Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 26-05-2012
There were a total of 25 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 26 May, 2012 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 13 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Mumbai I — 14 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 16 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Mumbai had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 13 companies on 26 May, 2012.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Mumbai I that is 3 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 7 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 3 LLPs on 26 May, 2012
