Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 25-05-2012
There were a total of 328 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 25 May, 2012 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 17 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi — 107 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Delhi tops the list with 99 companies. As far as districts are concerned, South Delhi had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 39 companies on 25 May, 2012.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Delhi that is 4 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 5 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 3 LLPs on 25 May, 2012
