Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 22-05-2014
There were a total of 80 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 22 May, 2014 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 17 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Kanpur — 22 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Uttar Pradesh tops the list with 22 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Hyderabad had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 9 companies on 22 May, 2014.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Mumbai that is 3 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 3 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 2 LLPs on 22 May, 2014
