Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 22-05-2013
There were a total of 330 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 22 May, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 6 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi — 70 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Delhi tops the list with 57 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Mumbai had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 22 companies on 22 May, 2013.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Hyderabad that is 2 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Telangana tops the list with 2 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Hyderabad had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 2 LLPs on 22 May, 2013
