Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 21-11-2015
There were a total of 47 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 21 November, 2015 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 7 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Mumbai — 15 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 29 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Pune had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 12 companies on 21 November, 2015.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Hyderabad that is 5 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Telangana tops the list with 5 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Hyderabad had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 4 LLPs on 21 November, 2015
