Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 20-12-2014
There were a total of 34 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 20 December, 2014 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 11 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi I — 10 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Delhi tops the list with 17 companies. As far as districts are concerned, South Delhi had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 7 companies on 20 December, 2014.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Delhi I that is 8 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 10 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned South Delhi had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 5 LLPs on 20 December, 2014
