Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 20-07-2013
There were a total of 24 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 20 July, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 9 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Mumbai — 6 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 6 companies.
