Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 19-10-2013
There were a total of 35 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 19 October, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 3 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Hyderabad — 17 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Telangana tops the list with 16 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Jaipur had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 12 companies on 19 October, 2013.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Ernakulam that is 3 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Kerala tops the list with 3 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Ernakulam had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 2 LLPs on 19 October, 2013
