Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 14-04-2012
There were a total of 50 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 14 April, 2012 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Kolkata II — 21 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, West Bengal tops the list with 41 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Kolkata had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 20 companies on 14 April, 2012.
