Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 13-07-2014
There were a total of 14 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 13 July, 2014 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 2 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi II — 3 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Delhi tops the list with 5 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Northwest Delhi had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 2 companies on 13 July, 2014.
