Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 13-04-2012
There were a total of 405 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 13 April, 2012 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 49 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Kolkata — 123 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, West Bengal tops the list with 123 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Kolkata had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 77 companies on 13 April, 2012.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Bangalore that is 20 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Karnataka tops the list with 20 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Bengaluru Urban had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 20 LLPs on 13 April, 2012
