Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 12-10-2013
There were a total of 15 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 12 October, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 29 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Ahmedabad — 5 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 5 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Daman had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 4 companies on 12 October, 2013.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Mumbai I that is 18 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 27 LLPs.
