Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 09-03-2025
There were a total of 109 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 9 March, 2025 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 2 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi — 15 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 25 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Mumbai had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 7 companies on 9 March, 2025.
