Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 08-09-2012
There were a total of 89 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 8 September, 2012 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 3 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Mumbai I — 27 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 43 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Mumbai had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 26 companies on 8 September, 2012.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Mumbai II that is 2 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 3 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Aurangabad had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 2 LLPs on 8 September, 2012
