Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 08-03-2014
There were a total of 40 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 8 March, 2014 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 8 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Mumbai II — 16 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 32 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Mumbai had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 13 companies on 8 March, 2014.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Mumbai I that is 6 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 6 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 6 LLPs on 8 March, 2014
