Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 07-03-2026
There were a total of 47 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 7 March, 2026 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 136 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Bangalore — 6 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Tamil Nadu tops the list with 7 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Bengaluru Urban had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 5 companies on 7 March, 2026.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Mumbai I that is 14 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 31 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 14 LLPs on 7 March, 2026
