Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 07-03-2023
There were a total of 57 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 7 March, 2023 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 9 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Ahmedabad — 8 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 9 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Ahmedabad had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 5 companies on 7 March, 2023.
