Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 07-03-2023
There were a total of 57 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 7 March, 2023 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 9 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi — 12 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 9 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Ahmedabad had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 5 companies on 7 March, 2023.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Ahmedabad that is 5 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Gujarat tops the list with 5 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Rajkot had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 2 LLPs on 7 March, 2023
