Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 06-10-2012
There were a total of 23 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 6 October, 2012 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 3 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Jaipur — 10 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Rajasthan tops the list with 10 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Jaipur had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 8 companies on 6 October, 2012.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Chennai that is 3 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Tamil Nadu tops the list with 3 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Chennai had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 1 LLPs on 6 October, 2012
