Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 05-10-2013
There were a total of 25 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 5 October, 2013 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 1 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Ernakulam — 10 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Kerala tops the list with 10 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Ernakulam had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 5 companies on 5 October, 2013.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Ahmedabad that is 1 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Gujarat tops the list with 1 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Jamnagar had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 1 LLPs on 5 October, 2013
