Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 05-07-2012
There were a total of 313 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 5 July, 2012 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 9 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Mumbai — 65 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 82 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Mumbai had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 46 companies on 5 July, 2012.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Delhi that is 4 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 3 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Mumbai had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 2 LLPs on 5 July, 2012
