Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 04-12-2009
There were a total of 303 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 4 December, 2009 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 9 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi — 56 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Delhi tops the list with 43 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Hyderabad had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 32 companies on 4 December, 2009.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Pune that is 3 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 5 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Pune had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 3 LLPs on 4 December, 2009
