Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 04-02-2012
There were a total of 81 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 4 February, 2012 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Kolkata I — 42 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, West Bengal tops the list with 51 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Kolkata had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 41 companies on 4 February, 2012.
