Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 04-01-2014
There were a total of 54 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 4 January, 2014 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 4 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Mumbai I — 29 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Maharashtra tops the list with 43 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Mumbai had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 28 companies on 4 January, 2014.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Ernakulam that is 4 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Kerala tops the list with 4 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Ernakulam had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 2 LLPs on 4 January, 2014
