Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 02-03-2023
There were a total of 21 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 2 March, 2023 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 4 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi — 5 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Gujarat tops the list with 3 companies. As far as districts are concerned, North West Delhi had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 3 companies on 2 March, 2023.
