Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 01-03-2014
There were a total of 42 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 1 March, 2014 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 8 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi — 21 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Rajasthan tops the list with 21 companies. As far as districts are concerned, Jaipur had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 13 companies on 1 March, 2014.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Delhi that is 8 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 7 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned East Delhi had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 3 LLPs on 1 March, 2014
