Summary of Newly Registered Companies in India on 01-02-2014
There were a total of 45 companies (Private and Public Limited Companies) registered in India on 1 February, 2014 as per the records of Ministry of Corporate Affairs whilst the number of LLPs registered were 4 on the same day.
Amongst all the RoCs in India, most of the companies were from RoC-Delhi I — 18 companies. If we compare the number of companies registered state-wise, Delhi tops the list with 35 companies. As far as districts are concerned, South Delhi had the maximum number of companies registered — a total of 10 companies on 1 February, 2014.
If we look at LLP registrations, most of the LLPs were from RoC-Delhi I that is 3 LLPs. If we compare the number of companies registered state wise, Delhi tops the list with 3 LLPs. As far as districts are concerned Shahdara had the maximum number of LLPs registered, a total of 2 LLPs on 1 February, 2014
